About Riaan Pieterse
Position and Experience
Riaan Pieterse’s practice covers the entire spectrum of commercial property law and labour law with special emphasis on drafting of property related contracts, conveyancing, recovery of arrear rentals, advising clients on property issues and advising companies on all aspects of labour law.
Furthermore, his practice includes general civil litigation, criminal law, all matters in High Court and Magistrate Court actions and renders regular legal opinions on home, motor and personal insurance.
